Running won't change the world. But runners can.
A small, hand-picked circle for community leaders. Reflect. Move. Grow. Then go change your city.
It started with a community leader who was tired of running alone. One open invite. A few people came. Then a lot more.
Then came a leadership workshop that flipped everything. Expect strategy, scale, push harder. Get told to slow down instead. Get clear on who you are. What you need. What you believe.
If you're not whole, your leadership won't be either. That was the seed. This is what grew.
He found his why: helping people grow. The Greenhouse exists to help you find yours.
States Run Club
A weekly run built on friendship, not speed. No pace. No cliques. No prerequisites. Just show up.
The Leadership Greenhouse
A hand-picked, in-person circle for community leaders. Guided reflection, peer support, intentional movement. The clarity and conviction to chase your boldest vision.
Inside a
session
Guided reflection, peer support, and intentional movement. Every gathering follows the same rhythm.
We start with honest conversation about where you really are, not where you're supposed to be.
Each month explores a theme through practice: meditation, journaling, and movement around the city.
Smaller circles to unpack what came up and challenge each other with care.
We close by naming what you'll carry forward, so your renewed purpose leaves the room with you.
Find your people. Build a network that runs on values, not titles.
Know who you are. Lead with clarity and conviction.
Leave a mark on your city that outlasts you.
Hand-picked leaders per cohort, so there's room for depth.
One evening a month, 1.5 to 2 hours. Built to fit a full life.
A short, focused season of the year. Not a forever commitment.
A local spot in our city, plus movement experiences around town.
I lead from so that .
Every leader in the Greenhouse writes one. Write it. Mean it. Lead by it.
Become the leader your boldest vision requires.
This isn't a class. It isn't a club. It's a small circle that meets in person to reflect, move, and push each other forward. Spots are limited on purpose.
You don't need a title or a team. You just need to know who you are and what your why is.
Questions
Do I have to be a runner?
Nope. Movement is light and intentional: things like yoga, mindful walks, or mobility. It's about presence, not pace.
Do I need a title or a big platform?
No. Formal or informal, if you're shaping culture through business, wellness, education, faith, art, or your neighborhood, this is for you. You just need to know who you are and what your why is.
How are people chosen?
Every cohort is hand-picked to balance perspectives and experiences, through invitation and a short application.
What if I don't know my why yet?
Then you're in the right place. Finding it is a big part of what the season is for.
A year from now you'll still have the idea. Will you have the people?
- Carry the vision alone.
